FAS Exteriors is Central Florida’s largest volume residential window, door, and roof dealer. We have showrooms and distribution facilities in the major metro areas of Tampa, FL and Orlando, FL. The Company was established by the Father and Son team of Ernie and John Wilding in February 2005, with the objective of providing the growing Central Florida community with the best quality windows and doors on the market at reasonable prices, and with a customer service level unsurpassed within the industry.
Customers often ask, “Why the name, FAS Exteriors”? We’re glad you asked! Ernie and John Wilding have been a well known duo in the S.C.C.A. auto racing community for many years. The name of their racing team is “FAS Exteriors Autosport”, a moniker that was coined by John when they started racing back in 1999. When the two men designed the concept for the window and door business they carried over the name from their family hobby.

Permit paperwork and materials are ordered by our staff.

Product Arrival
Your products arrive at our warehouse in Orlando or Tampa.

Scheduling Installation
A Production Coordinator from our team will call to schedule your install.

Installation
Installers will arrive at your home to install your new windows and/or doors.

Inspection
After install, we will call an inspector to inspect that your job was done properly.

Final Approval
The inspector will pass your final inspection & will let your municipality know.

Post-Service Care
Post-service is scheduled and completed by our expert care team.
